About

LNDManage is a command-line tool for the analytical side of running an LND node. It is aimed at operators who want to understand how their channels are actually performing and act on that, rather than simply see current balances.

Its channel listings are what set it apart. Beyond a plain list, it can rank channels by how suitable they are for rebalancing, show forwarding statistics per channel so you can see where traffic really flows, flag inactive channels, and run a hygiene view that identifies active channels which are nonetheless not earning their keep and might be worth closing.

Fee optimization is handled as a first-class operation: the update-fees command adjusts your rates with the twin goals of increasing revenue and encouraging flow in the direction that rebalances you naturally, which is cheaper than paying to rebalance directly. Activity reports and a node status summary cover the regular check-in, and an info command explores any channel or node in the public graph.

For growing the node there is a recommend-nodes command that suggests worthwhile peers, and batched channel opening that puts several opens into one on-chain transaction to save fees. It also passes commands through to lncli, so it fits into an existing terminal workflow.
